We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.

• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

• A valid order ID or proof of purchase must be provided

Any return request raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence

• Items returned without original packaging or tags

• Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers

• Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.

If approved:

• Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

• Amount will be credited to the original payment method

If rejected:

• The product will be returned to the customer with proper notification

Note: Providing an unboxing video is recommended for faster and smoother claim verification.

• In cases where the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), return shipping will be borne by us
